How to Make Payment
Residents can submit their monthly HOA dues and special assessments through the official online portal or by mail.

Payment Options:
Mail a Check Payable to: Southwind Cove Homeowners’ Association, Inc.
Mail to: c/o Juda, Eskew & Associates 8211 West Broward Boulevard, Suite PH1, Fifth Floor, Plantation, FL 33324
Drop Off In Person:
Payments can be dropped off at the office location above during business hours.

Portal Signup Requirement:
To register for the online payment portal, you will need your Account Number. If you do not have your payment coupons with your Account Number, please contact customer service for assistance.
HOA & Special Assessment Dues
Monthly HOA Dues: $255
Special Assessment Dues: Minimum $240.31 monthly (until paid off)
